There's a Super Early Bird discount offer for the SharePoint Unite conference taking place in Haarlem, Netherlands, in October. This year's event is focusing entirely on SharePoint, with a strong developer track.

The developer track includes sessions on the latest offerings for developers, including the client-side WebPart support for developers from earlier this year, along with PowerApps and Microsoft Flow.

For example, there's a session on Introducing Logic Apps that looks at combining SharePoint Designer to automate business processes, and Microsoft Flow to build logic apps.

SharePoint Framework is highlighted in a number of sessions, such as one on using React with Framework SPfx. There's also an advanced session on how to use the SharePoint Framework for building solutions.

One of the interesting things about the conference is how 'outward' looking it is. Think of a technology that can be used with SharePoint, and there's probably a session on it. For instance, there's a good looking session on using Webhook with SharePoint Online to provide notifications when things happen to lists and libraries. Another useful sounding session looks at building client side Web Parts with SPFx, PnP-JS-Core, ReactJS, and Office UI Fabric. This highlights just how much the SharePoint Framework is designed to be accessible from open-source tools. The PnP-JS-Core library allows you to do a lot of work against the SharePoint REST API with just a few lines of code; The ReactJS view library can be used to create user interfaces; and the Office UI Fabric comes in a number of versions including React components.

Two sessions introduce the Microsoft Graph SDK, one for JavaScript, the other for .NET, both showing how it can be used in your SharePoint applications. Other sessions look at TypeScript, the Office 365 Developer Patterns and Practices (PnP) core libraries, and OAuth, as well of course as Visual Studio Code.

Alongside all these, of course, there are plenty of sessions on core development with SharePoint. It looks like attendees will be spoiled for choice.

The Super early-bird discount runs until 7 July, and means that you get 150 euros off the full conference price.  For those of you going as a group, if you register four people, you'll get the fifth registration for free.

You can also get an extra discount by using a special code exclusive to I Programmer. Use PROG10 to save a 10 percent off your full conference pass whenever you book.
