The latest release of NetAdvantage Ultimate marks the inclusion of two Infragistics design toolsets into the product suite and has Windows 8 compatible, touch-friendly Metro UI styling.
NetAdvantage ICONS, and Quince Pro, the design pattern library collaboration toolset are both included in NetAdvantage Ultimate 2012. Other highlights are touch-enabled UI features for web and Windows Phone developers and metro and touch-friendly themes for HTML5/jQuery, XAML and ASP.NET controls.
The list of new features includes
The Metro Theme across jQuery, Silverlight and WPF controls for Window 8-ready apps
Better Mobile UI, including mobile-centric List View and Rating controls for jQuery, and a Tabular Grid experience for Windows Phone
Touch support for jQuery, Silverlight, WPF, and ASP.NET controls with larger buttons and gesture support for tapping, pinching, flicking, and zooming
The introduction of Data Chart and geospatial Mapping capabilities for NetAdvantage for jQuery;
Addition of Spark and Point Charts and the introduction of the OLAP axis (CTP) in data visualization controls
New Color Tuner for Silverlight and WPF
Introduction of the Gantt Printing control in the Windows Forms toolset
