Updated Version of Indigo Studio

Infragistics has release a new version of Indigo Studio, a wireframing tool for prototyping desktop, web, and mobile apps.

 

Aimed at designers who lack programming skills and developers without design resources, Indigo Studio is an interaction design tool that that incorporates  interactive user interface (UI) wireframing and prototyping with user-centered storyboarding to enable designers, developers, and business users to explore functional, animated UI prototypes without any code.

 

 

Indigo Studio v2 builds on last November's inaugural V1 release with a new features intended to help those designing mobile experiences including a platform selector, new touch gestures, built-in screen-to-screen transitions, and the ability to run prototypes on any device that supports HTML5 – including iOS, Android, and Windows devices.

Additionally, a full iOS platform pack lets users accelerate their iOS prototype designs with a wide array of easily configurable native controls.

Indigo Studio V2 also adds to its design documentation capabilities through its new automated PDF exporting.

Unlike the launch version, it is no longer free, but a 30-day free trial is available.
