Siri Horror - Again

This Siri video is professional enough to be a trailer for a movie. Take a look, but be warned this one isn't so funny as scary.

There is no disputing the fact that Siri has captured the public imagination. Its simple blend of voice recognition, speech synthesis and semantic processing is the biggest thing since HAL locked Dave outside of the spaceship. It seems that the fantasy that Siri is evil, there is something a bit spooky about the name after all, is becoming an accepted fact.

We recently had a look at a Siri horror movie and now we have another but this time it is good enough to be a pro trailer for a movie. Take a look, but be warned this one isn't so funny as scary:

 

    

 

You have to love the way that Siri becomes mobile using not-so-virtual-reality legs. The weapons also look credible, although what any of them do for battery life is a good question.

We seem to like being scared by the AI in our lives.
Siri is cute and scary at the same time and there isn't an uncanny valley in sight!
