A conference on the twin topics of SQLServer and SharePoint is taking place on Tuesday  May 8th and Wednesday May 9th 2012 at Berchtesgaden in Germany.

The launch of SQL Server 2012 means there’s lots of new SQL Server content to discuss during the two-day conference, which includes sessions on the improvements to the business intelligence features of SQL Server, and the new Data Tools for database application development.

The SharePoint Connections side of the conference kicks off with a keynote by Microsoft Director Steve Fox on how SharePoint fits with Azure, Big Data and the Cloud.

The conference is taking place in the Kongresshaus in the Bavarian resort of Berchtesgaden which is conveniently close to both Munich and Salzburg airports.
